| BMW ConnectedRide ist ein Versuchssystem von BMW (entstanden aus BMW ConnectedDrive), es wird frühstens in circa 7 Jahren Serienreife erlangen. Es ist ein Sicherheitsassistenz-Programm, das auf einer Car2Car-Technologie beruht. Im Film sind sowohl das Motorrad wie auch das Auto damit ausgerüstet. Das System erkennt die Gefährlichkeit einer Situation im voraus, und via WLAN-Funknetz und mit Hilfe von Kartendaten/DGPS werden beide Fahrzeuge, bzw deren Fahrer gewarnt. Daraufhin schlagen sowohl im Auto wie auch auf dem Motorrad die Systeme Alarm - die Fahrer treten auf die Bremse und der Unfall ist abgewendet. Damit so etwas überhaupt funktionieren könnte, braucht es aber europaweit verbindende WLAN-Funkfrequenzen - und jedes Neufahrzeug müsste mit diesen System ausgerüstet werden. Es ist also noch ein langer Weg.... Trotzdem birgt das System sehr viele Chancen - vor allem für uns Motorradfahrer. Denn europaweit dürften über 60 Prozent der Motorradunfälle auf fremdes Verschulden (Nachlässigkeiten der Autofahrer/schlechte Sichtbarkeit der Motorradfahrer etc) zurückzuführen sein. | |

| For now 3 guys, 3 motorcycles, one mission: to have a fun on big travel to Istanbul (from Samobor-Croatia). This is a warm up teaser /coming soon trailer and after we come back I will put some new movies (I hope). So, we start on 30.03.2009. and route via Croatia-Montenegro-Albania-Greece-Turkey-Bulgaria-Serbien - about 4000km on two wheels!!!! Filmed with Canon 5D mkII, Nikon 20mm 2.8 + 80-200mm 2.8, small car rig/spider and edited in Avid Composer. Enjoy! |
