Motobook.net is not responsible:
- if users (members) post a photo, text, video or any other form of information for which he/she does not have copy rights
- if information taken from other sources is incorrect
- if information posted by members is generally incorrect
Insulting on national, racial,religious, sexual or any other base is strongly prohibited! Any violation of this will be sanctioned and member permanently removed from motobook.net community.

COMMERCIAL USE
Here are few instructions for all members of motobook.net regarding (commercial) use od our web site.
All members are allowed to create groups as they wish for as long as:
1) group names does not insult anyone in any way (present and future members equally)
2) group owner (creator) has all legal rights to create and use that group and group name (copyright)
3) motobook.net groups are NOT used for commercial purposes. There is a commercial package prepared by motobook.net for business users.
Also we are not online shop (yet) but can be promoters of shops/dealers etc.
All members and groups that fail to obey these rules as well as Terms & Conditions will be deleted (and that we really do not want).
